Diversity Commitment

Our Department is committed to advancing diversity and belonging not only within our Georgetown University and MedStar Health communities, but also within the Radiology specialty as a whole. We want to learn, stay curious, and create a space for dialogue and understanding.

• Participation in the Gateway Exploration Program through Georgetown School of Medicine and MedStar Health
• Faculty participation in the Bias Reduction & Improvement Coaching (BRIC) program
• Participation in the Racial Justice Committee for Change through Georgetown University School of Medicine and MedStar Health
• Members of the Subcommittee for Diversity and Inclusion on the Committee of Admissions at Georgetown University School of Medicine
• Participation in the Subcommittee on Faculty Diversity & Inclusion at Georgetown University School of Medicine
• Faculty mentor for the Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association (APAMSA)
